A walk through assessment in the areas that our clients want organized is completed by Breanna. She then provides tips on how to de-clutter, rearrange, and organize those areas on a minimal scale. This service allows clients to complete their own organizing projects while incorporating professional input. On a small scale, we show you how to organize your monthly finances. We do this by providing tips on how to save money. Teach you how to budget for each month's bills so you adapt to living on what remains after bills are paid. We provide ways to routinely balance your bank register to avoid over-withdrawal.
Picture Staging for Real Estate/FSBO Web Sites
Nearly three quarters of all Internet buyers first saw the home they purchased on the Internet. This service helps grab the attention of those potential buyers since their first view of a home is typically online. We use items within the seller’s home to create neatly organized rooms, then Real Estate Agents and FSBO’s take photos for their online listings and post them. (We provide small accessories, if needed. Must provide own photographer.)
